Stay informed during emergencies with the SwiftReach's free Swift911 Public mobile app. However, it is important to note that in order to receive alerts, your county, town, or business must have a Swift911 account. If they do not have an account, you can inform them about this capability.

Please be aware that alerts will only be received if the county, town, or business is a customer of SwiftReach.

Once you complete the simple registration process, you will be able to receive both emergency and informational alerts. You can choose to subscribe to alerts from counties, towns, cities, businesses, and event venues based on your preference. Critical emergency alerts can also be received without any need for subscription, simply by being in the proximity of the emergency.

The Swift911 Public app utilizes your GPS location to notify you of any emergencies happening at sporting events or other public venues. You have the option to disable location services (GPS) at any time.

You can easily search for and subscribe to alerts from your own town or city. Additionally, you can also subscribe to alerts from other areas where your relatives reside or where you own a secondary home.

The app provides various notification options including voice phone calls, emails, text messages, and more. Additionally, you can provide information about any functional or access needs you might have, such as requiring a wheelchair. This ensures that emergency personnel are aware of your needs in case of an emergency at your home. You can also attach photos of your home to your profile for easy identification in case of an emergency.

Voice alerts can be played back directly within the app, and email and SMS alerts can also be viewed within the app.
